We, the Town of Redvers, would like to acknowledge that the Town of Redvers is located on Treaty 2 and that Treaty 4 territory is a neighboring territory. These territories are the traditional territories of the Anishanabek, Cree, Dene, Dakota, Lakota, Oji-Cree, Saulteaux, and the Metis Nation. It is important to note that even though Treaty 2 is a part of Saskatchewan, there are no Treaty 2 First Nations peoples in this province who adhere to that particular treaty. We respect and honour the Treaties that were made on all territories, and we are committed to moving forward in partnership with Indigenous Nations in the spirit of education, reconciliation, and collaboration.
Everyone is welcome in Redvers!
